Jay is the best worker I have EVER dealt with in my life. I have had several people come out to work on my mom’s home and absolutely no one compares at all. If I could get a clone of him, then I would. He has gone over and beyond than anyone even in my family to help. I was so so excited when I saw Jay was going to be my tech today. I knew we were in great hands! If I could ask for only him to come out, then I would only ask for him and only have him come into my home. Be sure to ask for Jay if you want the hardest worker with the biggest heart to help you. Thank you again, Jay for everything. You know you will be called again soon with all the repairs here. I do most of my plumbing work, but had an issue beyond my bench. I called Mr. Rooter based on other reviews. That same afternoon, Bryan & Jay showed up and hit the ground running. They indulged me asking questions and trying to learn more about the trade. Honestly they were simply the best all around — knowledgeable, hard working, kind, courteous, professional, awesome! The plumbing on my older home now operates like a new one. And they resolved the root problem too! Thanks Bryan! Thanks Jay! Y’all are the best!!

No plumbing issue is ever wanted but after Mr. Jay M. Inspected, diagnosed, and explained why I was constantly needing my drains cleared, I felt educated and eager to fix the issue and better yet, he cleared my main drain for only $93 woot woot last plumber charged me several hundreds. Thank you Mr. Rooter for your help and see you soon for that permanent fix!

Mr. Brian came out today to help us inspect the plumbing pipes. He was extremely friendly and most helpful. He went the extra mile by explaining the process step by step. He also interacted with our children, including them in the experience as well. He also helped us burry the tasks again including the children in the fun. It was an absolute pleasure having him come out to help us. Bonus points for his friendly and professional attitude. We look forward to working with him again in the future. Mr. Rooter is a great company to work with. Would recommend them above the rest.

Woke up Saturday morning to water dripping out of our ceiling which was not fun. Jay from Mr. Rooter was out less than 2 hours later and they were able to get our leak fixed immediately. Jay was amazing to work with, answered all our questions and cleaned up and helped us understand the options we had address any future needs! Would absolutely recommend and really cannot thank Jay enough for the work he did!

Janey was able to find a technician to come out on the same day! Jay came to check out a water pressure issue that was keeping my washer from working. He was so friendly and professional and solved the issue in a very short amount of time. He was up front about costs before performing the work. I would recommend him and Mr. Rooter to any friend or acquaintance! Outstanding service!

Brian did an exceptional job replacing our refrigerator water valve. We had new floors put in and discovered a leak in the water valve behind the refrigerator. We called Mr. Rooter. Paper towel ball in toilet. Toilet transforms into gurgling elemental water monster. Spewing, flooding, deluge of destruction. We may always wonder how paper towel ball got in toilet. But we will not wonder how it was vanquished. For a brave and valiant hero named Bryan Kirkland used his mighty arsenal of plumbing weaponry to devastate and expunge the paper towel ball and subdue the toilet till it had been exorcised of its watery witchcraft. 5 stars.

Lorenzo has provided great work on our leaking toilet system. He went beyond the initial problems to repair the leak by checking all of our bathroom toilets and the hot water tank system! Fantastic experience! Woke up with frozen pipes and was so worried i would have a major issue on my hand. Multiple companies couldnt get to me until tomorrow but Mr Rooter made it a point to get to me today and about 2 hours after i called! Mr Bobby was very professional and went far above and beyond to help put me at ease and fix my issue. He educated me on why these things happens and what to look for in the future so i can prevent issues but also taught me new things as a new home owner what i can do if things do go wrong. If i ever need to pay a plumber again, i will 100% call Bobby speifically with Mr Rooter. He even went as far as calling the city of Gallatin for us to have them replace our water reader that busted! It was so stress free. And he did it in the freezing cold weather. Thank you so much for putting my mind at ease and helping me avoid a very expensive and stressful situation today. I am so grateful for this experience.

I had a particularly difficult kitchen drain clog. I had tried everything on my own. So when a coupon came in the mail for Mr. Rooter, I scheduled an appointment. The local office here in Hendersonville was great and Janie was able to get me on the schedule for the very next morning. Jay and Chris showed up, as scheduled, and went to work. I recently had a knee surgery, so I was unable to get down and clear out the cabinet underneath ahead of time. Jan and Chris carefully cleared out the area they needed to work, While being very careful to protect the hardwood floors and other finishes. Though it was a difficult job, they stayed with it until the drain was completely cleared, then, carefully put everything back underneath the counter for me and cleaned up the area beautifully.. The service was great and very professionally executed. I would unhesitatingly, recommend the Hendersonville Mr. Rooter office, and Jay and Chris specifically. Thank you again guys!

Bryan Kirkland was one of friendliest people I’ve ever encountered. I scheduled an appointment with him at 10am and he was at my home before noon. His professionalism and knowledge he has with plumbing stunned me. I would choose Mr. Kirkland as my plumber time after time. Exceptional work!

Bryan did an excellent job of properly repairing a leaking pipe, and went above and beyond by making sure other areas of the pipe were not leaking and Providing me with pictures and video to show the surrounding areas as well as the completed work. Would highly recommend.

John from Mr Rooter of Hendersonville came, on time, to do the free flush of our hot water heater, and checked all the water sources in the house to make sure water was flowing freely. John was very professional and knowledgeable and personable. Excellent service - very satisfied.

We've received a prompt response and appointment for a busted water line. Our technician Bobby did was great to work with. He was professional and thorough in explaining the problem, repairs needed, and even recommendations for long-term solutions.

Whew! I’m so glad my water heater issue is fixed! The tech Jay came to handle it & from the moment he entered he was very kind, asked if He needed to put on shoe coverings which I appreciated & he was very knowledgeable with all the questions I loaded him up with. I’m super frugal in this economy but what he did was worth it hand over fist, I do recommend Mr. Rooter for any of your needs. Great job Jay!

John Gentry is phenomenal! We had an early morning emergency on the day of the snow storm. John came to my home and completely replaced our sump pump. He was professional, courteous, thorough, explained every part of the repair, why it was needed, and the cost. John left my bathroom spotless. I am so grateful and glad he was willing to drive in inclement weather, with very poor road conditions just to ensure we were able to have use of our bathrooms and water. Thank you!!!!

No one wants to call a plumber but if you have too I highly recommend Mr. Rooter for fast service and reasonable prices. Jay and Thomas came out right on schedule and took care of my issue very quickly with no mess. They were very polite and explained everything completely. Jay and Parker provided good and honest service. My problem turned out to be more than I had expected so I had to solve the bigger problem first. They connected me with a company to solve the big problem and promised to come back as soon as the big job was completed to replace the portion that they could. They were very gracious even tho, due to the additional unexpected cost, I had to forgo all of the other repairs I had called them to do. I am thankful that they found the bigger problem in the crawl space.

Words cannot express how grateful I am for the work Bryan, John, and their team did. They had to excavate a section of my front mulch bed to access the main drain line exiting the house as well as the clean out pipe that extends above ground. Despite working for hours in the mud and rain, they remained professional, efficient and focused on resolving the issue. They took the time to thoroughly explain the situation, including how the drain system was affected and what steps they were taking to locate and address the break in the line. They use clear understandable language without talking down to me, which I really appreciated. Every question I had was answered with patience and expertise. The crew was friendly, respectful and clearly very knowledgeable. I felt confident in the work they did and wouldn't hesitate to call them again for future plumbing needs. You saved us!

Woohoo! SO easy to book and very quick! I really appreciate Jay and Parker for taking the time to empty my basement of the water, and the sump pump replacement was extremely reasonable. Very happy to have worked with them and gotten a membership with Mr. Rooter!
